Features – Types and Thicknesses

Mirror-Pro® is available in various glass tonalities and colors, including clear, ultra-clear, bronze, gray, blue, and green, and can be produced in thicknesses from 2mm to 6mm. Its dimensions can reach up to 2.60 x 3.66 m (102” x 144”). If needed, an ultra-resistant plastic woven CAT II Safety Tape can be applied to the back of the mirror for extra security. Processing Capabilities

Prodiesa’s mirror line has the capability to produce high volumes with thicknesses up to 8mm and maximum dimensions of 2.60 x 3.60 meters. This high capacity and versatility enables the production of various mirror products.

SATIN-PRO MIRROR

Satin-Pro Mirror® is a traditional mirror with a glass surface treated with the exclusive «Satin-Pro®» process, which results in a satin/diffuse finish and a smooth texture with a fine metallic appearance. Initially used as decorative mirrors, its great acceptance in the construction and interior design market led to its introduction for public and private use. The mirror scatters light, creating a shine-from-within look, with a smooth, easy-to-clean texture.

Applications

Satin-Pro Mirror® is used in conference rooms, hotels, galleries, and for decorative purposes in furniture, walls, and more.

Features – Types and Thicknesses

Satin-Pro Mirror® is available in traditional full sheet sizes of 1.80 x 2.60 m (70” x 102”) and 2.60 x 3.60 m (102” x 141”) and in thicknesses from 3mm to 6mm (⅛” to ½”). CATII Security Tape can be applied to the back for enhanced security if needed.

Processing Capabilities

Similar to traditional mirrors, Satin-Pro Mirror® is suitable for cutting, drilling, beveling, and edging. However, if it has the CAT II safety tape applied, it cannot be processed as the film has a strong adhesive that could damage the paint if it is removed or processed.

ANTIK-PRO MIRROR

It is manufactured in thicknesses from 2mm to 6mm (2A to ¼”) in standard sizes as 1.80 x 2.60 mts ( 70” x 102”) to 2.60 x 3.60 mts (102” x 141”).

Processing Capabilities

It is suitable for cutting into regular and irregular shapes, as well as for drilling, bevels and edges. If the product includes the CAT II safety tape, you should not process it because the film has a high adhesive factor that could spoil the paint to try to remove it or process it.

PRO-SECURE MIRROR

Prodiesa introduces Pro-Secure Mirror® for customer safety. It is protected by a certified safety film (CATII Tape) on the back that holds strongly the glass fragments in place in the event of heavy impact, preventing serious accidents.

Applications

Pro-Secure Mirror is a secure and safe option from Prodiesa for facilities where glass sheets are over 1 meter and where impact is possible. It’s recommended for use in public places like gyms, hotels, dance halls, hospitals, etc. for the safety of customers.

Features – Types and Thicknesses

It is manufactured in the standard sizes for sale by full sheet. In thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 8mm (2A to 5/16”) and in sizes ranging from 1.80 x 2.60 mts ( 70” x 102”) to 2.60 x 3.60 mts (102” x 141”).

Processing Capabilities

It is not recommended to process Pro-Secure Mirror ® because the CATII safety film has a high adhesive factor that could damage the paint if attempted to remove it.
